Our Policies

Booking Policy: In order to secure your appointment, a $20 non refundable deposit is required. If the deposit is not paid when scheduling, the appointment requested will continue to be listed as available.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you need to do so 24 hours prior to your original scheduled appointment. Please DM @inhisimagespa on Instagram or text 973-944-0122 to cancel your appointment. If you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment your $20 deposit will roll over to your new scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than a 24 hour notice you will lose your $20 deposit and will have to send a new deposit for your rescheduled appointment.

Late Policy: If you are running late to your appointment there
is a 10 minute grace period. This means if you are running late and will arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment you can still get serviced. Any later than the 10 minute grace period will result in you losing the deposit and would have to reschedule.
